WHY UBUD

We run the training in the rice fields just outside the centre of Ubud. No main road, no traffic noise, just green in every direction. You wake to birdsong, walk barefoot to the shala, and spend three weeks fully inside the training (beside your days off). Ubud has been a home for yoga and healing practices for decades, and there are few better places in the world to step out of your normal life and into teaching.

WE CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What happens after you graduate? Ask yourself that question! We built the thing we wish we had ourselves.

Too often a course ends and you are left wondering where and how to start teaching.

Becoming a teacher at Senses means you have a studio, teachers, friends and a community behind you. After graduating you can join our mentorship program, assist in classes until you are ready to lead your own, and stay part of a global teacher community and free mentorship for life. You also get discounted access to our other trainings, breathwork and sound healing, to keep growing what you can offer.

Train alongside someone whose life will change because you came

Every Senses 200-hour includes one full scholarship for a local student in a shared program in Bali or Sri Lanka. Same shala, same hours, same certificate, fully gifted. Not a marketing program, simply part of being an ethical school on this soil. When you join a cohort, you help open a door for someone who could hardly otherwise walk through it.

CERTIFICATION

Senses is a Yoga Alliance accredited school, which lets us certify you to teach anywhere in the world. On completing the 22 days and passing the final assessment you receive an RYT 200 certificate and can register with Yoga Alliance.
