Senses runs teacher trainings in yoga, breathwork, Yin and sound healing, in the lush rice fields just outside Ubud. We keep the groups small, we feed you well, you sleep on site, and you leave able to actually teach. It is the same school, the same standard and the same care we built in Senses Sri Lanka, now held in Bali.

WHY UBUD
We run our trainings in Pejeng Kawan, in the rice fields just outside the centre of Ubud. Close enough to reach easily, far enough that the noise drops away the moment you arrive. Ubud has been a home for yoga and healing practices for decades, and it is the right place to step fully out of your normal life and into the training container.

Do I need to be advanced to join?
No. Our trainings (unless specified) are accessible to everyone. We definitely recommend having a regular personal practice as a foundation. If you are new to yoga, it is recommended to practice at least for a year before joining teacher training. For breathwork and sound healing you can join whenever you feel called to step into the teaching role.
Are the trainings Yoga Alliance accredited?
Yes, all our trainings are certified by yoga alliance.
How big are the groups?
Small, on purpose. 14 people max each training.
What's included in the price?
Tuition, manual, certification, equipment, accommodation, all meals and extra activity. We offer all inclusive packages
